Blair Arellano is a prominent Filipino voice actor best known for his extensive work in the Tagalog dubbing of anime and other foreign television series for over two decades. His career began not in a voiceover booth, but as a child actor. After successfully auditioning for a talent center at ABS-CBN, his path crossed with the dubbing world when he noticed the studio's dubbing booth. A conversation with industry figure Danilo Mandia led to an audition, and Arellano was subsequently cast as the voice of Taichi Yagami in the groundbreaking Tagalog dub of Digimon Adventure, marking the official start of his dubbing career.

Arellano has since lent his voice to a vast array of characters, demonstrating considerable range. He is well-known for portraying protagonists, such as Naruto Uzumaki in the Naruto series, Tsunayoshi Sawada in Reborn!, and Shōyō Hinata in the early seasons of Haikyu!!. He has also voiced complex anti-heroes like Accelerator across multiple installments of the A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun series. Another notable lead role is that of the lazy mage Ryner Lute in The Legend of the Legendary Heroes.

His filmography includes a wide variety of other significant characters. He voiced Shiroe in Log Horizon, Soul Eater in Soul Eater, Yami Yugi in the first season of Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Shark in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. Arellano's work also extends to classic and live-action projects, such as Ippei Mine in the Filipino-dubbed version of Voltes V, Penny Carter in Project Blue Earth SOS, and Ken Washio in the Tagalog dub of the Gatchaman live-action film.
