Hélio Vaccari is a Brazilian voice actor, narrator, and radio personality born in São Paulo on March 2, 1945. With a career spanning several decades, he is considered a veteran in the field of dubbing, having lent his voice to a vast array of characters in animation, live-action films, and television series.

Vaccari's voice is widely recognized in Brazilian anime dubs. He has taken on numerous prominent roles, including Fjodor Gergiev in Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut, Dot Pyxis in the various seasons and films of Attack on Titan, Hayaseura Takuhiko in ID: INVADED, and Professor Fujimoto in Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!. His extensive anime filmography also includes characters such as Tousaku Arai in The Rebirth of Buddha, Suzuki in Tekkonkinkreet, Duke Gorgon in Mazinger Z, Sr. Kuga in Paprika, and Bolton in the classic series Marine Boy. He is particularly well-known within the anime community for his long-running roles as the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, in the Naruto series and its sequels, and as the Sengoku the Buddha in One Piece. Other significant anime credits include Fu in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Mestre Tsuru in Dragon Ball, and the narrator for Mobile Suit Gundam Wing.

Beyond anime, Vaccari's repertoire is extensive.
