María Fernanda Morales is a prolific Mexican voice actress born on November 7, 1970, in Mexico City. Her full name is María Fernanda del Carmen Morales Ponce de León. She began her professional career in voice acting in 1983. Beyond performing, her work in the industry also includes serving as a dubbing director for projects such as the OAV Gunsmith Cats and the television series Gushing Over Magical Girls.

Morales is widely recognized for her extensive body of work in anime dubbing, where she has lent her voice to a multitude of iconic characters. One of her most prominent and enduring roles is that of Saori Kido, the reincarnation of the goddess Athena, across the entire Saint Seiya franchise. This includes the original television series, numerous films, The Hades Chapter OVAs, Saint Seiya Omega, and the CGI film Legend of Sanctuary.

Equally notable is her long-standing association with the Sailor Moon series, where she voices Minako Aino, better known as Sailor Venus. She has performed this role across multiple iterations of the anime, from the classic 1990s series and its films to the later reboots, including Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, its third season, and the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal.

Her filmography includes leading roles in numerous other significant anime series and films. She voiced the protagonist Yui Kasuga in Corrector Yui and played Kimi Finster in the Spanish dubs of Rugrats and All Grown Up. In the Pokémon franchise, she has voiced several characters, including the coordinator Zoey in the Diamond & Pearl series.
