Yousuke Akimoto is a veteran Japanese actor and voice actor, born on February 5, 1944, in Tokyo, Japan. His real name is Yukio Tajika. He is a graduate of the business school at Hosei University. After university, he joined the Bungakuza Theatre training institute, beginning his career in the 1960s as a stage and television drama actor. He transitioned to voice acting in 1981. Over his decades-long career, he has been affiliated with several agencies, including Mausu Promotion and Office PAC, and is currently with PACage.
