Jin Urayama is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on July 20, 1956, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Tanc. Urayama began his career in the 1980s with a foundation in stage performance, having graduated from the Tokyo Art Theatre Acting Research Institute.

His voice is characterized as distinctive and deep, which he has employed to portray a wide range of characters, from comedic roles to authoritative and commanding figures. In anime, he is known for roles such as the voice of Ginjirō Nezu in the series Summer Time Rendering, Ragnar in Vinland Saga, and Tsunetomo Yamamoto in Godzilla Singular Point.
