Cole Howard is a Canadian voice actor born on March 30, 1989, in Edmonton, Alberta, and is currently based in Vancouver, British Columbia. His career in voice acting began with work at Blue Water Studios in Calgary, where he appeared in dubs for various anime and video game productions. He has built a substantial body of work spanning animation, anime, and video games.
Howard has provided the English voice for a wide range of anime characters. He is known for his role as Arashi, the main protagonist in the series Zoids Wild. He also voices Shinpachi Shimura, a key character in the Gintama anime series, including the film Gintama: The Very Final. In the 2020 series Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, he voices the mage Popp, one of the main characters and closest companions to the hero. His other notable roles include lending his voice to the title character in Sinbad: Night at High Noon and the Wonder Gate.
