Ricardo Eduardo Tejedo Cota, known professionally as Ricardo Tejedo, is a Mexican voice actor and dubbing director born on December 26, 1972, in Mexico City. He began his career in voice acting at the age of five, with his first recording for the series Fantasy Island. The son of actor and dubbing director Eduardo Tejedo, he decided to pursue acting as a career against his father's initial wishes, leaving home at sixteen to study Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Fine Arts in Mexico and through a cultural exchange program with the Soviet Union.

Tejedo is widely recognized for his extensive work in anime dubbing. He is the designated Latin American Spanish voice for the iconic character Arsene Lupin III, having voiced him in numerous films and specials, including Lupin III: Dragon of Doom, Lupin III: Island of Assassins, Lupin III: Crisis in Tokyo, Lupin III: Farewell to Nostradamus, Lupin III: The Pursuit of Harimao's Treasure, Lupin the 3rd: The Hemingway Papers, Lupin the 3rd: From Siberia with Love, Lupin the 3rd: Bye Bye, Lady Liberty, Lupin III: Voyage to Danger, and Lupin III vs. Detective Conan The Movie. Another significant long-term role is his portrayal of various characters in the Captain Tsubasa franchise. In the original series, he voiced multiple roles including Roberto Sedinho, and in the 2018 reboot, Captain Tsubasa, he returned to voice the character Roberto Hongō. He is also known for his role as Kisho Arima in Tokyo Ghoul:re.

Beyond these, Tejedo's extensive anime filmography includes a wide array of characters. He was the first voice of Doraemon in the series' Mexican dub and has played characters such as Boris Cliff in BNA: Brand New Animal, Colonel David in Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall, and Phoenix in Honey Honey no Suteki na Bōken. In addition to his work in anime, Tejedo is renowned for being the regular Spanish voice for several Hollywood actors, including Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, and Ben Stiller. This has led to him voicing characters like Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean film series, Gollum from The Lord of the Rings, and Alex the lion from the Madagascar films.

Tejedo is also an accomplished dubbing director, a role he began at the age of seventeen. He has directed the Spanish dubs for numerous major films and series, including installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe such as Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Wandavision. He is married to fellow voice actress Cristina Hernández.
