Roberto Alexander is a Mexican actor and director of dubbing, recognized for his extensive work in the Latin American Spanish voice-over industry. Born Roberto López Alexandre on May 8, 1941, in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, he is based in Los Angeles, California. Before entering the world of voice acting, Alexander was a singer. From the ages of ten to fourteen, he was a soloist with the renowned children's choir Los Niños Cantores de Morelia, performing at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City. He later studied dramatic art at the Andrés Soler Academy of the National Association of Actors (ANDA) in Mexico City.
Alexander's career in dubbing began in Mexico, where he provided voices for television series. His first leading role in dubbing was for the character of Robert Blake in the series Baretta.
