Rachel Sagrado is a voice actor with a career encompassing work on numerous anime series, primarily known for her performances in Tagalog-language dubs. Her background includes time spent in both Los Angeles, California, and San Pedro, Laguna, in the Philippines.

Sagrado's portfolio includes a wide array of character roles across different series. She is notably recognized for her work in the Pokémon franchise, having voiced the characters Lyra and Piplup in Pocket Monsters: Diamond & Pearl, as well as providing voices for Eliza and Kelly in the preceding series, Pokémon Advance. In other prominent anime, her roles include Gerozaemon in Kenyū Densetsu Yaiba, Fumu in Kirby: Right Back At Ya!, and Mikan Sakura in the GMA Network dub of Gakuen Alice.
