Allan Ortega is a Filipino voice actor and dubbing director with a extensive career in the Philippine entertainment industry, recognized for his versatility in bringing numerous anime and international characters to life for Tagalog-language audiences. His journey in performance began at the age of seventeen when he became a member of the popular teenage variety program That's Entertainment on GMA 7. Following this initial foray into show business, he was invited to work as a radio drama talent, a move that allowed him to hone his craft and develop a deep passion for voice acting.

Ortega's entry into the world of dubbing came through an invitation to join SyncMaster by Vangie Labalan. His first project was dubbing the Mexican telenovela Kinsenera de Thalia, which led to subsequent work, including his first project for ABS-CBN on the animated series Jackie Chan Adventures. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has lent his voice to a vast array of characters across anime, cartoons, telenovelas, and films from various countries, including Hollywood, Bollywood, Korea, China, and Mexico.

He is particularly well-known within the anime community for his extensive voice work. His roles include Hotshot in Transformers: Armada, Enju in B-Legend! Battle Bedaman and its sequel Battle B-Daman: Fire Spirits, and Jet Link, also known as Cyborg 002, in Cyborg 009 The Cyborg Soldier. He also voiced the character Arthur Drake Brighton in both Hello! Lady Lin and Lady Lady!!. His filmography includes a wide range of other prominent characters, such as Syaoran in Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, Van Slanzar de Fanel in The Vision of Escaflowne, Ginji Amano in Getbackers, Ryou Bakura in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Gilbert Blythe in Anne of Green Gables, and Yamazaki Sagaru in Gintama'. In addition to these, his credits include roles in Initial D, Air Gear, Bleach, and Kekkaishi, among many others.

Beyond his work in anime, Ortega's dubbing career is equally diverse. He has voiced characters in Mexican telenovelas like Inocente de Ti, Korean animations such as Jang Geum's Dream, and American productions like Transformers: Animated, in which he played Ratchet.
