Mike MacRae is an American actor and voice artist recognized for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime, primarily during the early 2000s. Born on July 29, 1977, in St. Louis, Missouri, he later moved to Houston, Texas, to attend Rice University, from which he graduated in 1999. His career began in stand-up comedy, with his first television appearance on Comedy Central's Premium Blend in 2001, a background that informs his vocal performances.

MacRae's voice acting career is closely associated with ADV Films, a former Houston-based production company responsible for dubbing numerous anime series for the North American market. During this period, he lent his voice to a wide array of characters. In the surreal comedy The Super Milk-chan Show, he voiced The President, the stout, bald authority figure who assigns missions to the show's titular character. His role as The President is often cited as a memorable part of the show's English adaptation. In a different vein, he portrayed Takeda in the drama series Diamond Daydreams, a romance anime centered on interconnected stories in Hokkaido.
