Tobias Kern is a German voice actor and actor, born on June 13, 1992. He has built a extensive career in dubbing, providing the German voices for numerous characters in anime series and films, in addition to his work in live-action productions.

Kern is perhaps best known for his long-running role as the voice of Citro in the Pokémon franchise.
