Karim El Kammouchi is a German voice actor born in Munich on November 20, 1988, who has been active in the dubbing industry since 1994. He is primarily known for providing the German voice for numerous characters in international films and television series. His career began in childhood, with early notable roles including the voice of Harold in the animated series Hey Arnold! and Andy in Toy Story 2. He later gained recognition as the German voice of Dudley Dursley in the Harry Potter film series.

Beyond his work in live-action dubbing for series such as Game of Thrones, The Flash, and 9-1-1, El Kammouchi has a substantial body of work in anime, providing the German dubbing for a wide range of characters. In the fantasy series Violet Evergarden, he voices Claudia Hodgins, the founder of the C.H. Postal Company. He is also the German voice of the protagonist Baki Hanma in the Baki and Baki Hanma anime series. His other prominent anime roles include Izumi Miyamura in Horimiya, Yūichirō Hyakuya in Seraph of the End, and Alain in the Pokémon: Mega Evolution Specials. In addition to voice acting, El Kammouchi has also worked as a dialogue director for German dubs, such as on the series Fate/Apocrypha, where he also voiced the character Karna.
