Cony Madera is a Mexican voice actress and dubbing director with a career spanning over four decades, known for her extensive work in the Latin American Spanish dubs of anime series and films. Born María Concepción Mendoza Madera on February 28, 1974, she began her dubbing career at the age of six in 1980. Her early work included the Spanish-language dubbing of the film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, where she voiced the character Gertie. Beyond her work in animation, Madera is recognized for providing the Latin American Spanish voices for characters in live-action series and films, such as Piper Halliwell in Charmed, Meg Griffin in the early seasons of Family Guy, and for being the recurring dub voice for actresses like Jennifer Garner, Naomi Watts, and Kate Winslet.

Madera has voiced a wide array of characters in anime. In the series Vinland Saga, she is the voice of Helga, the mother of the protagonist Thorfinn. She voices the heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen in the anime adaptation of the video game Azur Lane. Her work within the Lupin III franchise includes the roles of Diana in the television special Lupin III: The Pursuit of Harimao's Treasure and Judy Scott in Lupin the 3rd: From Siberia with Love. In the comedy series The Way of the Househusband, she voices the character Hibari Torii, a former yakuza leader. Her other anime credits include Anna Whinehouse in Hero Mask, Akiko Nanbara in A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, and Pinky in Bucky - The Incredible Kid.

Madera is particularly noted for her long association with the Sailor Moon franchise. She has voiced the feline character Diana across multiple installments, including Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal: Season III, the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal, as well as in the earlier Sailor Moon SuperS and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars series. Her other prominent anime roles include Reiko Mikami in Ghost Sweeper Mikami, Shunrei in Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya, Anko in Naruto, Haruko Akagi in Slam Dunk, and Elektra in the Latin American dub of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie. In addition to acting, Madera has also worked as a dubbing director, for example on the film The Imaginary.
