Laura Elßel, also known professionally as Laura Oettel, is a German voice actress and singer born in Berlin in 1993. She began her career in the entertainment industry at a young age, participating in the Kiddy Contest in 2001. Beyond her voice work, she was a soprano in the Berlin-based a cappella ensemble VocaYou from 2011 to 2018.

Elßel is a prominent figure in German dubbing, providing the German voices for numerous characters in anime series and films. Her extensive filmography includes a wide array of notable roles. She voices the titular character in the series Arte, Inca Kasugatani in Fire Force, Abigail Jones in Great Pretender, Koharu Hidaka in Hi Score Girl, Ende in No Guns Life, and Yakumo Saotome in Val x Love. She is also the German voice of Kokomi Teruhashi in The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.: Reawakened and Ronye Arabel in Sword Art Online: Alicization.
