Yuka Ōtsubo is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency Early Wing. She was born in Chiba Prefecture on June 11, 1993. Her path to becoming a voice actor began in her sixth year of elementary school after watching the anime Happy Seven - The TV Manga, which inspired her with its human drama and the idea of moving people through voice alone. She later graduated from the voice acting course at Clark Memorial International High School.

Ōtsubo made her anime debut in 2011 with her first major role as Kyōko Toshinō in the series YuruYuri - Happy Go Lily. This role became a cornerstone of her early career and one for which she holds strong personal attachment. Following this debut, she gained recognition for voicing Tamao Kurei in Nyaruko: Crawling with Love. Throughout the 2010s, she accumulated a wide variety of roles, including Ai Ebihara in Ai Mai Mi, Wakaba Saegusa in Vividred Operation, Nanami Kanno in Wanna Be the Strongest in the World, Shiho Iwasaki in Wake Up, Girls!, and Aki Hiiragi in Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san.

Ōtsubo is also well-known for her work in major multimedia franchises. She voices the character Kanako Mimura in The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls series, including its anime adaptations and related theater shorts. In the Kantai Collection franchise, she provides the voices for the personified ship characters Kitakami and Ōi, among others in the original game. She voices Shinobu in the Princess Connect! Re:Dive anime and games, and plays Taiki Shuttle in the popular Uma Musume: Pretty Derby franchise. Her other notable anime roles include Bernadetta Ober in Hortensia Saga, Saya Matsukaze in Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher!?, and Mahiru Banba in Riddle Story of Devil. Beyond anime, she has contributed her voice to numerous video games such as Pokémon Masters as Leaf, Blue Archive as Ayumu Iwabitsu, and The Caligula Effect as Thorn.

In addition to voice acting, Ōtsubo is a singer. In 2014, she formed the music unit SmileY inc. with the Vocaloid producer Yuuyu-P, making her debut as a singer. She also provided the voice for the Vocaloid character Azuki Masaoka for the V4 vocal library and in the anime Go! Go! 575. Her work has been recognized with industry awards; in 2013, she was a recipient of the Singing Award at the 7th Seiyu Awards as part of the unit Ushiro Kara Hai Yori Tai G, alongside fellow YuruYuri cast members Kana Asumi and Miyu Matsuki.

Ōtsubo announced her marriage to a 29-year-old man in October 2020. In 2023, she announced on her agency's website that she would be partially restricting her activities due to a twin pregnancy, and later reported the birth of her twin sons in August of that year.
