He has been active in the field of dubbing since approximately 1990, providing his voice for a wide range of productions including films, television series, documentaries, and computer games. His older brother, Roman Wolko, is also a voice actor.

Wolko is well-known for dubbing roles in numerous live-action productions. Some of his most recognized work in this area includes providing the German voice for the character Peter Pevensie in the Chronicles of Narnia films, Derek Venturi in the series Mensch, Derek!, Oliver Oken in Hannah Montana, and Jeremy Johnson in Phineas and Ferb.

Among his noted roles are Charce Lacroix in the science fiction series Astra Lost in Space and Kaname Sudou in the action series Darwin's Game.
