Posada is particularly recognized for his long-standing association with the long-running anime One Piece, where he voices the musician skeleton Brook. He has provided the Spanish dub voice for the character in multiple films, including One Piece Film: Strong World, One Piece 3D: Mugiwara Chase, One Piece Film Z, One Piece Film Gold, One Piece Stampede, and One Piece Film Red. Another significant role is that of Aries Mu in the Saint Seiya franchise, lending his voice to the character in several installments such as The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, The Hades Chapter - Inferno, The Hades Chapter - Elysion, and the CGI film Legend of Sanctuary.
