Ilaria Silvestri is an Italian voice actor born on November 18, 1987. She began her performing arts training in the early 2000s, studying theatrical acting in Milan before completing a professional dubbing course at the CTA (Centro Teatro Attivo) in 2009. Since 2017, her professional activity has centered on post-production audio work for a variety of media, including films, television series, animated programs, and documentaries, as well as radio and television commercials.

Silvestri is primarily known for her work dubbing anime into Italian. One of her notable recurring roles is the Regulatory T Cell across the franchise Cells at Work!, including the main television series, its second season titled Cells at Work!!, and the special Cells at Work! Kaze Shōkōgun. She has a significant association with the Assassination Classroom franchise, where she provides the voice for the character Rinka Hayami. She has voiced this role in the main television series, the compilation film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time, and the original net animation spin-off Koro Sensei Quest!.

Her other prominent anime dubbing credits encompass a wide range of characters.
