Hana Satō
Description
Hana Satō is a Japanese voice actress born on April 26, 1986, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Across Entertainment. Her career as a voice actor began in the 2000s, and she has since built a substantial body of work known for its versatility, voicing characters ranging from young boys and magical creatures to teachers and elderly women.
One of her earliest major roles was as Shizuka Hazome in the 2014 anime series The Pilot's Love Song. She has portrayed numerous key and recurring characters across a wide range of popular franchises. She is known as the voice of the titular character Pascal-sensei in the comedy series 100% Pascal-sensei. In the surreal science-fiction series Sonny Boy, she voiced the character Pony, and in the long-running franchise Yo-kai Watch, she has voiced characters such as USApyon and Togu in Yo-kai Watch: Shadowside. She also played the role of Justice/Masayoshi Kamase in Duel Masters VS.
In the globally popular series SPY×FAMILY, Satō voices Emile Elman, a friend and classmate of the main character Anya Forger at Eden Academy, a role she reprised for the feature film SPY×FAMILY Code: White. Her filmography also includes the role of Chikomaru in the 2024 short-form anime adaptation of the social media manga Chikomaru, as well as Mitsuo in My Daemon and Bakeho in Obake Zukan!. She played Reiko Terajima in both Horimiya and Horimiya: The Missing Pieces, and portrayed Miyako Hashimoto in the film The Stranger by the Shore.
