Description
Mario appears in the Amada Anime Series as the lead character in three separate fairy tale retellings, each casting him in a different folkloric role. In the first episode, Super Mario Momotaro, he is born from a peach and raised by an elderly couple, later setting out to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser and his Koopalings. In the second, Super Mario Issun-boshi, he is a tiny boy who never grows, decides to find his place in the world, becomes a companion to Princess Peach, and defeats Bowser by stabbing him from inside with a needle before being granted normal size by a magic mallet. In the third, Super Mario Shirayuki-hime, he plays the role of the prince who saves Peach from a disguised Bowser, with help from Luigi.
