Shōgo Yano is a Japanese voice actor born on March 19, 1989. He is affiliated with the talent agency Super Eccentric Theater. He is a graduate of Hosei University and began his career in entertainment as a stage actor, debuting in a theatrical production with his agency in 2012. His transition to voice acting occurred in 2014, with his first major anime role being Shingo Sawatari in the series Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V.

Yano has built a diverse filmography, lending his voice to a wide range of characters. He is well-regarded for his role as Mafuyu Satō, the introspective protagonist of the musical anime series Given, a performance he later reprised in a film adaptation. He also voiced Nanao Kisaragi in the archery-themed anime Tsurune and its subsequent film. Other notable anime roles include Takumi Hidaka in number24, Hyota Ashikaga in Pretty Boy Detective Club, Jack Mouton in Visual Prison, Yū Arimura in Fanfare of Adolescence, Kaname Tōjō in 3 Seconds Later, He Turned Into a Beast, and Reo Maruyama in Paradox Live The Animation. His work in video games includes the role of Nao Okamura in The Idolmaster SideM series and Ignatz in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. He also voices Ken in Mr Love: Queen's Choice and the character No in Hiragana Danshi.

In addition to his voice work in animation and games, Yano has participated in drama CDs, such as the Paradox Live series, and has provided Japanese dubbing for foreign films and television series, including the film Shazam! and the British series Almost Never.
