Steve Staley is an American voice actor and ADR director known for his extensive work in English dubs of Japanese anime and video games. Born on August 25, 1969, in Denver, Colorado, he has been active in the industry since 1998. He is also credited under the alias Steve Cannon for a significant portion of his career.

Staley's career is marked by a wide array of prominent roles in major anime series, often voicing characters who are young adults or teenagers. He is particularly well-known for his long-running roles in two of the most popular shonen anime franchises. In the Naruto series, including Naruto and Naruto Shippūden, he provides the voice of the skilled and stoic ninja Neji Hyuga, a role he has reprised in numerous video games and the sequel series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. In the Bleach universe, he voices both Captain Tōshirō Hitsugaya and Lieutenant Shūhei Hisagi, appearing in the original series and its continuation, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War.

His filmography includes a diverse range of other notable characters. He voiced Kadaj in the CGI film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. In the Gundam franchise, he has taken on leading roles such as Shiro Amada in Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, Banagher Links in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, and McGillis Fareed in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. He also voiced Griffith in the 2016 adaptation of Berserk and Houka Inumuta in Kill la Kill.
