Óscar Flores is a Mexican voice actor, translator, and voice director born on November 13, 1976, in Mexico City. He is recognized for his prolific work in the Latin American Spanish dubbing industry, providing voices for a wide range of characters in animation, live-action films, and video games. His career in voice acting began in December 1998.

Flores has an extensive portfolio in anime dubbing. He voices Enrico Pucci in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. In the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series, he lends his voice to the character Kasugaigarasu. He is the voice of Crocco in Drifting Dragons. For the Baki Hanma series, he plays Jun Guevara. He also takes on the role of Johnny Bolt in Super Crooks. Other notable anime roles include Sniper Mask in High-Rise Invasion, Mark in Ascendance of a Bookworm, Gara in BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-, and the Mysterious Man in the film Mirai. He also voiced Neo in the Kid's Story segment of The Animatrix, a project for which he also served as dubbing director.

Beyond the roles listed, his work encompasses a variety of other series, including Bleach as Ikkaku Madarame, Kamisama Kiss as Tomoe, Slam Dunk as Kaede Rukawa, and Naruto as Shino. His involvement in the industry also extends to voice direction, with credits including the Mexican dub of The Animatrix.
