Tsuguo Mogami is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on January 18, 1980, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. After graduating from the Katsuta Voice Actor School, he began his career in the early 2000s, initially working under the name Tsuguo Nakajima.

Mogami has built a prolific career, providing voices for a wide array of characters across anime, video games, and dubbed foreign productions. In anime, he is often cast in supporting and character roles, frequently voicing antagonists, authority figures, and powerful individuals. One of his most notable and long-running roles is Atsuhiro Sako, also known as the villain Mr. Compress, in the long-running series My Hero Academia. He is also well-recognized for his portrayal of the stern Drill Sergeant Keith Shadis in the first few seasons of Attack on Titan.
