Betül Jülide Gülgec is a German-based voice actress known for her work in dubbing Japanese anime into German. She is a native Turkish speaker and also works under the name Jülide Gülgec. Born in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, she holds a master's degree in German literature and linguistics with a focus on film and media.

Gülgec has provided the German voice for a wide array of characters in anime series and films. Among her most recognized roles are, including Momo Kawashima in various Girls und Panzer installments such as Girls und Panzer der Film, Girls und Panzer: This is the Real Anzio Battle!, and the Girls und Panzer das Finale film series. She also voices Rin Haruna in the series Stella Women's Academy, High School Division Class C3.
