Shiina Natsukawa is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Chiba Prefecture, born on July 18, 1996. She is affiliated with the talent agency Music Ray'n. Natsukawa began her career after passing the agency's second super voice actor audition in 2011, alongside her future colleagues Momo Asakura and Sora Amamiya.

Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and films. In anime, she is known for her portrayals of characters such as Ellenoar "Seira" Seylan in Endro!, Yuki Kusakabe in Interviews with Monster Girls, Tsuruno Yui in the Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story anime and games, Mona Narumi in Heroines Run the Show: The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task, and Akeno "Mike" Misaki in High School Fleet. Her film work includes voicing Anna Mochizuki in THE IDOLM@STER MOVIE: Kagayaki no Mukōgawa e!. In video games, she is also recognized for her role as Anna Mochizuki in THE IDOLM@STER Million Live! series.

A significant aspect of Natsukawa's career is her membership in the voice actor unit TrySail, which she formed in 2015 with fellow Music Ray'n voice actresses Momo Asakura and Sora Amamiya.
