Hiroyuki Kinoshita is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 23, 1958, in Saitama, Japan. He began his career in the entertainment industry in 1982 and has since been active in both on-screen dramas and voice acting for animation and dubbing.
Kinoshita has built a substantial career in voice acting across a wide variety of anime series and films. In the 1999 film Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade, he provided the voice for the character Atsushi Henmi. He voiced the role of Heizaemon Yagi in the 2010 television anime series House of Five Leaves. In the long-running franchise Detective Conan, he has voiced the character Korn, including in the 2009 film Detective Conan: The Raven Chaser.
His versatility is further demonstrated by roles in a range of other series. He played Exedra in Bakugan Battle Brawlers and its sequel, Matthew Grant in Blassreiter, and Sasami in Bokurano: Ours. In the early 2010s, his credits included Kyushiro Yumeno in Level E and Hiromu Hidaka in Robotics;Notes. He was also the voice of Shoichi Okita in Tari Tari and Rock in One Piece.
Kinoshita's work in the mid-2010s includes roles such as Volf Areash in Aldnoah.Zero, Simon Scania in Chaika - The Coffin Princess, Ken Fukami in Glasslip, and the Cafe Master in Soul Eater Not!. He also voiced Ikuya Ogura in the Ajin: Demi-Human film series and television anime. In Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, he lent his voice to Norman Bernstein.
In more recent years, Kinoshita has continued to take on diverse roles. He played Fujimaki in both the original Megalobox anime in 2018 and its sequel, Megalobox 2: Nomad. In 2018, he was also the voice of Baron Doussant in the anime adaptation of Radiant and the mysterious masked shōgun Mugensai in the Bakumatsu television series. In the 2020s, his roles have included Satoru Kaji in Buddy Daddies, Lord Jean Duchet Godard in Undead Murder Farce, Teruo Tendo in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, Colonel Collins in Bye Bye, Earth, and the Owner in Apocalypse Hotel.
