Patrick Borg is a French actor, voice actor, and artistic director, born in Paris on August 6, 1957. He began his career as a child, first appearing on stage in 1967 and starting in voice acting at the age of ten with the series Flipper the Dolphin. He is a major figure in French dubbing, known for a prolific career spanning animation, live-action series, and film.

Borg is best known as the definitive French voice of the adult Son Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise. He took over the role from his friend Thierry Redler and has voiced the character in the main series, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Z Kai, and Dragon Ball Super, as well as numerous films such as Dragon Ball Super: Broly and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. In addition to Goku, he has voiced many other characters in the series, including Bardock, Majin Boo, Zarbon, and Black Goku.

His extensive voice work in anime includes a wide range of prominent roles. He is the voice of Roland (Ryoga Hibiki) in Ranma ½, Hugo Stratas in Levius, and Vega in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie. He played Michel Lefranc in Hai Step Jun (Vas-y Julie!), King Andragoras in The Heroic Legend of Arslan, Genishiro in Demon City Shinjuku, and Kharock in Royal Space Force - The Wings of Honnêamise. In film, he voiced Baron Humbert von Gikkingen in The Cat Returns, Ares in Wonder Woman, and Deadshot in Batman: Assault on Arkham. His video game work includes roles such as Regis in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine, Victor Coste in the Splinter Cell series, and Soldier: 76 in Overwatch.

Beyond animation, Borg is a prolific voice for live-action productions. He is the regular French dubbing voice for actor David Boreanaz, voicing his characters in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Bones, and SEAL Team. He is also one of the regular French voices for actors Charlie Sheen, Eddie Marsan, and Michael Gaston. His work includes dubbing Christopher Reeve as Virgil Swann in Smallville.

In addition to performing, Patrick Borg has worked extensively as an artistic director, supervising the French dubbing for numerous anime OVAs and films. His credits in this role include Ninja Scroll, Macross Plus, the Patlabor films, and Royal Space Force - The Wings of Honnêamise.
