Katie Rowan is a Canadian voice actor based in Calgary, Alberta, known for her work in English dubs of anime series, primarily produced by Blue Water Studios. Her career is marked by a range of lead and supporting roles across various genres, from magical girl series to action-oriented dramas.

Rowan's filmography includes several prominent leading roles. She voiced the dual role of Mitsuki and Hazuki in the supernatural music drama Full Moon o Sagashite. In the magical girl genre, she portrayed the title character Miho Shinohara in Fancy Lala and took on the role of Chi-Chi in the Blue Water dub of Dragon Ball. She also played the young Mineva Lao Zabi in the television adaptation of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.
