Wan-Gyeong Seong is a South Korean voice actor born on June 25, 1966. He began his career in 1992 as a member of the KBS Voice Actor division, which is a major affiliation for voice actors in South Korea's broadcasting industry.

He is known for voicing a wide range of characters in animated series and films. Among his most prominent roles are Kenpachi Zaraki in the anime series Bleach, Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist, and Zabuza Momochi in Naruto. He also provided the Korean voice for the character Kenji Harima in the anime series School Rumble and its subsequent season.
