Jeong Hyeok is a South Korean voice actor who began her career in 2003 as a member of the fifth generation of the CJ ENM voice acting company. Before her professional debut, she developed an interest in voice acting during high school while volunteering to read books for visually impaired students. She has been active as a freelancer since 2006.

Her voice acting range is known for encompassing cute young girls, young boys, and somewhat naive adult women, as well as characters with a pure and clean vocal quality. One of her early and most prominent roles is that of Shin Nosima, known as Boo, in the Korean dub of the popular animated series Crayon Shin-chan, a role that brought her widespread recognition. She also voiced the character Botan in the Korean dub of Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files. In the anime series Fairy Musketeers, she provided the voices for both Princess Rose and Kyupi.

Her extensive portfolio includes a wide array of other roles in dubbed anime. She voiced Dieter in Monster, Rita Rossi in Ashita no Nadja, and Tokine Yukimura in Kekkaishi. Her work also includes roles in major films, such as Natsuki Shinohara in the Korean dub of the animated film Summer Wars and young Sota Higurashi in the film InuYasha the Movie: Affections Touching Across Time. She has also been the voice of Hanataro Yamada in Bleach and the title character Negi Springfield in Negima!?. Her contributions to the Korean dubs of the Sgt. Frog series include the characters Lavie and Satsuki Shiwasu.

Beyond animation, Jeong Hyeok has been highly active as a voice talent for commercials and narrations since becoming a freelancer, becoming a frequently heard voice in South Korean television and radio advertising. Her filmography also includes voice work for video games and audio dramas.
