Riccardo Rossi is an Italian voice actor and dubbing director, born in Rome on November 9, 1963. He began his career in the industry at a very young age, providing the Italian voice for the kitten Toulouse in the 1970 film The Aristocats. He is part of a large family of voice actors, with his siblings Massimo and Emanuela Rossi and his cousins Laura and Fabio Boccanera also working in the field.

Rossi is widely recognized as the official Italian voice for several major Hollywood actors, including Adam Sandler, Ben Affleck, Cuba Gooding Jr., Paul Walker, Mark Ruffalo, and Christian Bale. Beyond this live-action work, he has an extensive and notable career dubbing anime and animated series, lending his voice to a vast array of characters.

His anime roles are numerous and span many decades and genres. He voiced the character of Lancillotto in the first Italian dub of the classic 1979 series Entaku no Kishi Monogatari: Moero Arthur, known in Italy as La spada di King Arthur. He also took on the role of the young Peter in the beloved series Heidi, Girl of the Alps, and Tyltyl in Maeterlinck's Blue Bird. In the 1980s, he was the first voice of the perpetually unlucky alien chaser Ataru Moroboshi in the initial episodes of Urusei Yatsura (Lamù).

In the following decades, Rossi became a familiar voice to fans of many popular series. He is well-known for dubbing the perpetually lost martial artist Ryoga Hibiki in various installments of the Ranma ½ franchise, including the television series, OAVs, and movies like Team Ranma vs. The Legendary Phoenix. He voiced Ken in the three OAVs of the dark and violent Violence Jack series. He also provided the voice for Takashi in Beast King GoLion, which was adapted into Voltron, and for the wandering protagonist Wataru in the post-apocalyptic film A Wind Named Amnesia. He took on the role of Leon S. Kennedy in the CGI film Resident Evil: Degeneration and portrayed Pan Guanglin in the series Fist of the Blue Sky Regenesis. More recent roles include the powerful warrior Thorkel in Vinland Saga and Bruce Wayne in the animated film Batman Ninja.

His extensive filmography also includes Vickie in Vicke the Little Viking, Mattia in Nobody's Boy Remi, and Musashi Asuka in both Fuma no Kojirou OVA series. Among his many other credits are roles in Captain Tsubasa, Cowboy Bebop, Dragon Ball Z films as the God of Destruction Bills, Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence as Togusa, and Great Teacher Onizuka.
