Jirō Saitō is a Japanese voice actor born on May 24, 1965, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. Saitō began his career in the early 2000s, providing voices for numerous supporting characters across a wide range of anime series. His early training was at the Baobab学園, and he was previously associated with Production Baobab before joining his current agency in 2011.

Saitō's career features a vast number of roles, often portraying authoritative figures, military officers, and seasoned veterans. In the 2024 series Bucchigiri?!, he voices the character Kenichiro. That same year, he was also part of the cast for the One Piece 25th-anniversary special, One Piece Fan Letter, where he played the role of the Benevolent King of the Waves.
