Cyrille Monge is a French actor primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, lending his voice to numerous characters in animation, television series, and films for the French-speaking market. His career in voice acting began to take shape in the late 1980s, following a stage performance background that included work as a mime and clown in operas, which provided a foundation for his vocal and physical performance skills. He formalized his entry into dubbing by participating in a workshop in 1989.

Monge's voice is featured across a wide spectrum of anime and animated productions. He is the French voice of Yattaran in the 2002 original video animation (OVA) series Space Pirate Captain Herlock: The Endless Odyssey. In the science fiction genre, he voiced the sniper Saito in the 2006 film Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society. He took on the role of the con artist Sam Ibrahim in the Netflix anime series Great Pretender. His repertoire also includes the character Frosbite in the 2021 anime series Super Crooks, and he provided the French voice for Tatsu in The Way of the Househusband. In the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise, he voiced Jean-Pierre Polnareff in the Golden Wind arc. Another notable role from the early 2000s is Clive in the series Haré+Guu.

Beyond anime, Cyrille Monge has a prolific career in video games and live-action dubbing. He is the definitive French voice of Joel in the acclaimed video game series The Last of Us, and of Artyom in the Metro trilogy. He also voiced Joseph Seed in Far Cry 5 and Shriv Suurgav in Star Wars: Battlefront II. In live-action, he is well known for being the regular French voice of actor Kirk Acevedo in series such as Fringe, 12 Monkeys, and Arrow.
