Kazuki Ura is a Japanese voice actor born on October 18, 1995, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency VIMS. Before pursuing voice acting, he was a trombonist in his junior high school brass band and initially planned to become a game creator while in college. His decision to enter the voice acting profession was inspired by Misato Fukuen's performance as Yoshika Miyafuji in the anime Strike Witches. He later enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Institute to train for his new career.

Ura's career began in 2018 with minor roles in series such as Golden Kamuy and Tada Never Falls in Love. His first regular role came in 2019 with the live-action series Dimension High School. The early 2020s saw him cast in a variety of roles, including Kyōsuke Aiba in Futsal Boys!!!!! (2022), Shōta Doi in World's End Harem (2022), and Kazuhiko Satō in Tasūketsu: Judgement Assizes (2021). He was also cast as Subaru Makabe and Baquels in the Shadowverse Flame anime series.

Ura's breakthrough and most prominent role to date is as Yoichi Isagi, the protagonist of the highly popular sports anime Blue Lock, which began airing in 2022. His performance as Isagi garnered significant critical acclaim and public recognition. In 2024, he was awarded the Best Lead Actor Award at the 18th Seiyu Awards, a major annual ceremony honoring voice actors in Japan. This award marked a significant milestone in his career.

Beyond Blue Lock, Ura has continued to build an extensive filmography. He voices Cobalt in the multimedia project Technoroid and its anime adaptation Technoroid Overmind. In 2023, he was cast as Byaku in My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer and as Falk in Undead Girl Murder Farce. He is also set to appear in several upcoming anime series. He will play Luke Braveheart in the original MAPPA production ZENSHU.. In 2025, he is scheduled to voice Shiki Ichinose in Tougen Anki, Garrett in With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess, and Abel in The Water Magician. He also reprises his role as Ryūta Ichinose in the 2024 television anime adaptation of Tasūketsu. In 2019, he formed the voice actor unit SHALL WE BLACK OUT? with three other actors. His work also extends to video games, where he has voiced characters such as Cobalt in Technoroid Unison Heart and provided Japanese dubbing for foreign films like Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.
