Hélio Ribeiro, born Hélio Ribeiro Silva on June 5, 1957, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a renowned Brazilian actor, voice actor, and dubbing director. He is considered one of the most prominent figures in Brazilian dubbing, with a career that spans numerous live-action films, television series, and animated works. In addition to his voice work, Ribeiro has also appeared as an actor in Brazilian telenovelas such as Sonho Meu, A Diarista, and Bela, a Feia.

Ribeiro has an extensive filmography in anime dubbing, providing the Brazilian Portuguese voices for a wide array of characters. He voiced the elegant history teacher Henry Henderson in the popular series Spy×Family, a role he also reprised for the film Spy x Family Code: White. In the science fiction series 86, he voiced Ernst Zimmerman, the leader of the military alliance, the Federacy of Giad. His other notable anime roles include the mysterious Dr. Giovanni in Fire Force, the school administrator Ugaki in Interviews with Monster Girls, and Kazuo Yamashita, the chairman of Nogi Group, in Kengan Ashura.

Beyond these series, Ribeiro has voiced characters in a wide range of anime and anime-related productions. He lent his voice to the villain Glenn Arias in the CGI film Resident Evil: Vendetta and took on multiple roles in the anthology project Halo Legends, including Lucius R. In addition to anime, Ribeiro is widely recognized as the official dubbing voice for several prominent Hollywood actors. He has regularly dubbed the Portuguese voices for Robert De Niro, Dennis Quaid, Steve Martin, Kevin Costner, Jeff Daniels, and Hugo Weaving, among others. His work also extends to live-action adaptations of anime, such as dubbing a role in the Netflix series Cowboy Bebop.
