Mathieu Rivolier is a French voice actor born on April 29, 1952, recognized for his extensive work in the dubbing of anime series and films for the French market. His career encompasses a wide range of characters in both prominent and niche animated productions.

Rivolier is particularly noted for his recurring roles in major anime franchises. He is the regular French voice of Ishikawa in the Ghost in the Shell series, lending his voice to the character in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, its second season 2nd GIG, the film Solid State Society, and the later series SAC_2045. He also voiced the character Hunter in Cosmo Warrior Zero Gaiden.

Another significant role is that of the powerful patriarch Heihachi Mishima in the animated adaptation Tekken: The Motion Picture. He has also voiced Kozo Fuyutsuki, a key character in the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise, including the feature films Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance and Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.

His other notable credits include Legato Bluesummers in Trigun, Silva in the 1999 Hunter x Hunter series, and Keroberos in Cardcaptor Sakura. He has contributed to numerous other series, such as One Piece, City Hunter, and The Slayers, demonstrating a versatile vocal range.
