George Manley is an American voice actor and ADR script writer known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime, primarily for studios such as ADV Films and Funimation Entertainment. Born George Edmond Manley on September 17, 1965, in Sacramento, California, his path to voice acting was shaped by a diverse educational background, including studies in theatre arts at San Jose State University and journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno. He also holds an associate degree in Computer Information Systems and trained professionally at San Francisco's Voice One Studio. His entry into the industry was encouraged by established voice actors Amanda Winn-Lee, Tiffany Grant, and Matt Greenfield, whom he met at the 2002 FanimeCon.

Manley's career encompasses a wide array of character roles across numerous anime series. His filmography includes the role of Issac in Log Horizon and Log Horizon 2, the octopus-hatted swordsman Hatchan and the role of Montblanc Cricket in the Funimation dub of One Piece, and Kai Shimada across the various Hakuoki series and films, including Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom, Hakuoki: Record of the Jade Blood, and Hakuoki: Wild Dance of Kyoto. He voiced Schnitzer in both the Bodacious Space Pirates television series and its film, Abyss of Hyperspace, and provided the voice for Darius in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
