Martha Harms is an American voice, commercial, and stage actor known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series and video games. Born on July 24, 1986, in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, she developed her craft and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University. She is currently based in New York City.

Harms has portrayed a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime franchises. Among her most recognized roles are Irina Jelavic, the professional assassin turned teacher, in the Assassination Classroom series, including its film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time and the spin-off Koro Sensei Quest!. She is also known for her work in the A Certain Magical Index franchise, voicing Aiho Yomikawa in both A Certain Magical Index and its spin-off A Certain Scientific Accelerator. Her other notable anime credits include Rio Kazama in Wanna Be the Strongest in the World, Maki Itokazu in Cat Planet Cuties, Kazuki Kosuda in B Gata H Kei - Yamada's First Time, Scorpio in Fairy Tail, and Ranmaru Rindo in Good Luck Girl!.

Beyond anime, Harms has a significant presence in the video game industry. She is perhaps most widely known as the voice of Maya, a prominent playable character, in Gearbox Software's Borderlands franchise. Her video game credits also include roles in major titles such as SMITE, Paladins, Earth Defense Force 5, and The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, as well as providing motion capture work for id Software's Doom (2016).

Harms has also been a recurring presence in the long-running Pokémon animated series and films, where she took on the iconic role of Officer Jenny and voiced the Pokémon Dewpider in the Sun & Moon series. Her performance as Maya in the Borderlands games contributed to her recognition in the industry, earning her nominations for Behind The Voice Actors Awards, including Breakthrough Voice Actor of the Year in 2014 and Voice Actor of the Year in 2018.
