Geneviève Doang is a French actress who is primarily known for her extensive work in voice acting, dubbing foreign films, television series, and animation for the French market. Born in Paris to a family of Chinese descent, she grew up bilingual in French and English. Her early life included training in classical ballet for five years before she began learning kung fu at the age of eleven, a discipline in which she remains skilled. She also received musical education at a conservatory, studying piano. Despite this artistic background, she initially pursued a different path, earning a Master of Science in Management with honors from Neoma Business School in Reims before deciding to commit to a career as an actress.

Doang's entry into the entertainment industry was through the world of dubbing. By observing recording sessions and taking theater classes, she built a prolific career as a voice artist. Between 2007 and 2016, she was one of the official off-screen voices for the French television channel Nolife, and she also hosted the program Hall of Shame on the network. Her voice work spans animation, live-action dubbing, and video games. She is notably the regular French dubbing voice for actresses such as Jamie Chung, Bae Doona, Constance Wu, and Janel Parrish.

In the realm of anime and animation dubbing, Doang has voiced a wide array of characters. She is the French voice of Evangelyne in the long-running French animated series Wakfu. Her other notable roles in animated productions include Kokone Morikawa in the film Napping Princess, Aoyama in Penguin Highway, and Aina Ardebit in the film Promare. She also voiced the character Fei in Miraculous World: Shanghai - The Legend of Ladydragon, part of the Miraculous franchise. In video game dubbing, she is recognized as the French voice of Ciri in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, D.Va in Overwatch, and Lunafreya Nox Fleuret in both the film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV and the game Final Fantasy XV.

Beyond voice acting, Doang is also an on-screen actress and action performer. Her training in kung fu has been a significant asset, allowing her to perform her own stunts. She co-led and starred in the 2016 action-comedy short film Tranh & Nowak, for which she won the Best Actress award at the Fighting Spirit Film Festival in London in 2018. Her on-screen credits include roles in the French television series Transferts, Nina, Scènes de ménages, and Munch, as well as a role as a Resistance Nurse in the film Terminator: Dark Fate. Doang has also performed on stage, appearing in the 2015 musical Marco Polo: An Untold Love Story at the Vingtième Théâtre in Paris.
