Ursula Bezerra is a Brazilian voice actress and dubbing director, widely recognized for her work in the Brazilian Portuguese versions of popular anime series. She was born in São Paulo on December 13, 1975, and began her career in dubbing at the young age of seven in 1982, following in the footsteps of her brothers, Ulisses and Wendel Bezerra, who are also established voice actors.

Bezerra is best known for providing the voice of several iconic anime protagonists. Her most prominent roles include the Brazilian Portuguese voice of Naruto Uzumaki in the long-running series Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, as well as the voice of a young Son Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise. This extensive work on Naruto encompasses various specials and films, such as Naruto Shippuden: The Lost Tower and Naruto Special: Battle at Hidden Falls. I Am the Hero!. Her repertoire also includes the role of Chibiusa Tsukino, also known as Sailor Chibimoon, in the film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal.

Beyond these hallmark roles, Bezerra has contributed her voice to a wide array of other anime and animated series. Her credits include Modoki in Shooting Starlets Musumet, Komachi Kusatsuzuki in Virgin Fleet, Atros in Iczer Reborn, and Kanami Izaki in Battle Skipper. She also voiced the character Chip in the animated series Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater. Her other notable dubbing work includes Gerald in Hey Arnold!, Chuckie Finster in Rugrats and All Grown Up!, and various characters in the Pokémon franchise.

In addition to her work as a voice actress, Ursula Bezerra has had a significant career as a dubbing director. She worked as a director at the Álamo studio until its closure in 2011 and has since directed dubbing for projects at other studios like Vox Mundi and Unidub. Her directorial credits include the Brazilian Portuguese versions of series such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Dr. House, and the film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea.

Throughout her career, Bezerra has received recognition for her contributions to dubbing. In 2008, she won the Prêmio Yamato, considered the "Oscar of dubbing" in Brazil, for her voice work as Naruto Uzumaki. She received further nominations for the same role in 2009 and 2011.
