She is particularly recognized for her roles in the long-running Sailor Moon franchise. Arellano provided the voice for multiple characters in the Tagalog dub of the series, including Minako Aino, also known as Sailor Venus, Michiru Kaioh, or Sailor Neptune, and Hotaru Tomoe, known as Sailor Saturn, beginning in the third season.
