David Turba is a German voice actor, dubbing director, and audio play speaker, born in West Berlin in 1982. He comes from a family deeply rooted in the voice acting industry; he is the son of dubbing director Frank Turba and the brother of voice actress Magdalena Turba. His career began at a very young age; his first major synchronization role was at the age of seven, providing the German voice for the title character in the 1989 film Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland.
Turba is widely recognized as one of the primary German dubbing voices for several prominent Hollywood actors. He is the standard German voice for Shia LaBeouf, lending his voice to the actor in numerous films including the Transformers series, the Indiana Jones film Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and Disturbia.
