Samuel Vincent is a Canadian voice actor known for his extensive work in anime dubs and animated television series. Born Samuel Vincent Khouth on October 5, 1971, in North Vancouver, British Columbia, he is the brother of the late voice actor Gabe Khouth. He began his voice acting career in the early 1990s and is frequently associated with Ocean Productions, a Vancouver-based studio.

Vincent has provided voices for a wide array of characters in English adaptations of anime. He is perhaps most recognized in this field for his role as Athrun Zala in the popular Gundam franchise, voicing the character in both Mobile Suit Gundam SEED and its sequel Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, as well as the compilation film Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Final Plus: The Chosen Future. His other notable anime roles include Jordan C. Wilde in Oban Star-Racers, Stephen Gevanni (also known as Stephen Loud) in the Death Note Relight 2 - L's Successors special, and Aide in Meltylancer: The Animation. He also voiced the singing voice of Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic Underground.

Beyond anime, Vincent is a prolific voice actor in Western animation. He is widely known for his long-running role as the intelligent and anxious Edd (often called Double D) in the beloved series Ed, Edd n Eddy. His other prominent roles include Krypto in Krypto the Superdog, Lloyd Garmadon in Ninjago, Aerrow in Storm Hawks, Eli Shane in Slugterra, and Russell Ferguson in Littlest Pet Shop. He also voiced Baby versions of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Tweety in Baby Looney Tunes.

In the Transformers franchise, Vincent voiced several characters. He was the voice of the Autobot Sideswipe in Transformers: Armada, provided the voice of Coby and the Decepticon Ransack in Transformers: Cybertron, and voiced the Autobot Menasor in the same series.

Throughout his career, Vincent has had recurring collaborations with fellow voice actor Matt Hill. The two have frequently been cast together, most notably as Edd and Ed in Ed, Edd n Eddy, as Athrun Zala and Kira Yamato in the Gundam SEED series, and as Aerrow and Finn in Storm Hawks.
