His career in dubbing spanned several decades, during which he became a familiar voice in numerous animated series, films, and video games.

D'Aguillón Jr. built an impressive resume of voice roles in anime. Among his most recognized parts was Tao Pai Pai in the iconic series Dragon Ball, a role that cemented his place in the hearts of many fans. He also voiced Silver Fang in One Punch-Man, Zeus in Record of Ragnarok, and Sorbet in Dragon Ball Super. His film work in anime included roles in The Boy and The Beast, Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, and Burn The Witch.
