M. Carmen Alarcón is a Spanish voice actor known for her work in dubbing anime series and films, primarily into Catalan and Spanish. Her career encompasses a range of characters in animation and live-action productions, contributing to the localization of popular titles for Spanish audiences. One of her notable roles is Princesa Romy in the beloved animated series Around the World with Willy Fog. She also voiced the character Rosa in the Catalan dub of the series The Adventures of the Little Prince.

Alarcón's filmography includes a variety of significant roles in anime dubs. She provided the voice for Lunch in the early episodes of the enduringly popular series Dragon Ball.
