Akane Fujita is a Japanese voice actress, or seiyuu, born on January 26, 1993, in Shizuoka Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Her interest in voice acting began during her junior high school years, influenced by her regular viewing of anime and friends who were fans of the medium. During high school, she honed her performance skills as a member of the broadcasting club, even participating in a national broadcasting competition sponsored by NHK. In 2011, she successfully passed an audition for Ken Production and subsequently pursued training at a voice acting school while also attending university.

Fujita made her professional debut as a voice actress in 2012, with her first role being Yuri in the video game Generation of Chaos: Pandoras Reflection. The following years saw her take on a variety of supporting roles in anime television series. These early appearances included characters in long-running franchises such as Aikatsu!, Chihayafuru 2, and Pokémon XY & Z, as well as series like Magical Warfare and Death Parade. A significant year for Fujita was 2015, when she was cast as Yukari Mizumoto in the popular idol franchise The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls and as Megumi Uda in High School Fleet.

Her work also includes roles like Koume in Pokémon Evolutions and Kashiwada-san in Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota. A notable recent addition to her filmography is Babaron, a goddess who dwells in a chalice, in the second season of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega.

Beyond anime, Fujita has an extensive body of work in video games. Some of her most notable game roles include Sucrose in Genshin Impact, Yukari Mizumoto in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls Starlight Stage, Shamare and Bibeak in Arknights, and Miyako Tsukiyuki in Blue Archive. She also voices the heroine in Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Impa in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. In the video game industry, she is also known to work under the pseudonym "Kanako".
