Carlo Eduardo Labalan is a Filipino voice actor known for his extensive work in Tagalog dubs of anime series. He was born in Bacolod City in the Philippines. Labalan began his career in the voice acting industry at a very young age, starting to dub for movies when he was only nine years old, which established him as a veteran in the field.

Labalan has lent his voice to a wide array of characters across numerous popular anime series. He is notably recognized as the voice of Heero Yuy in the Tagalog dub of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. He also voiced both Rad and Starscream in the GMA Network dub of Transformers: Armada. Among his many other prominent roles are Shurato in Tenkū Senki Shurato, Rekka Shirogane in Gaist Crusher, Phoenix in Honey Honey no Suteki na Bōken, Arc in Petite Princess Yucie, and Chopper in Space Oz no Bōken. He also voiced the character Natsume Amano in Yo-kai Watch: Shadowside.
