Kaho Kōda is a Japanese voice actress born on July 8, 1967, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Kōda has built a career with a wide range of roles in anime series, video games, and Japanese dubbing of foreign films and television shows.
Her anime filmography includes a number of significant supporting roles. She is known for voicing Cher Degre, a scientist searching for Paradise, in the 2004 series Wolf's Rain; Miho Karasuma, a fellow hunter of witches, in Witch Hunter Robin; and Madame Oreille in Darker than Black: Gemini of the Meteor. In the Saiyuki franchise, she has voiced the character Nataku across multiple series, including Saiyuki Reload Blast and Saiyuki Gaiden. Her other notable roles include Guiying Li in the Netflix series Godzilla Singular Point, Kanoe in X/1999, Twi Chang in D.Gray-man Hallow, and Arisa Munakata in the Tomica Hyper Rescue Drive Head franchise. Her video game work has included the role of Kinu in Shinobido: Way of the Ninja.
Beyond animation and video games, Kōda has an extensive career in dubbing foreign media into Japanese. Her dubbing credits include providing the Japanese voice for Julie Powell, played by Amy Adams, in Julie & Julia; Mia Toretto, played by Jordana Brewster, in The Fast and the Furious; Amanda Young in Saw III; Erin Ulmer in Final Destination 3; and Lisa Mancini in Bottoms Up. She also voiced the character Cadogan in the Japanese dub of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
